By using Martingale Tracker at trackermtg.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Martingale Tracker is a calculator and a trading journal. It helps you plan how much to place on each step of a series of trades and record your results. It does not place trades, hold money or connect to any broker.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or trading advice. The numbers it shows are mathematical calculations based on what you enter. They are not recommendations to trade.
Trading involves a high risk of loss. A martingale approach raises the amount at risk after every loss, and a single losing series can cost all the money used in that series. Past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
3. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, and allowed to trade where you live, to use the Service.
4. Accounts
An account is optional and only needed for the journal. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your password private, and to tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you may not try to access other users’ data, disrupt the Service, or use automated tools to overload it.
6. Ads
The Service is free and may show ads. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google. We do not endorse the products or services shown in ads.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, error-free or always available. Always check the numbers before you trade.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Martingale Tracker and its creator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages that result from using, or not being able to use, the Service.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
